INTERCITY 2012

WE NEED PLAYERS!
A 2nd Women's team is being sought to represent Counties-Manukau this year.
A Barbarian's type team with a mixture of players from all of the clubs.

WHY SHOULD YOU PLAY?
The Intercity competition is Midlands Premier club competition. It showcases the best players in the Midlands region. It is the stepping stone for Midlands NHL, 21's or 18's.
You could play against Blacksticks Sam Charlton, Kat Finlayson or Clarissa Esthius.
You will improve your hockey, you will compete week in week out against the best, you will meet new players and make a lot of friends, you'll be one of the 1st to play in a Barbarians team.

COSTS & TIME
You will not be asked to pay any more money than you normally would for your playing fees. Every player must be registered & affiliated to a club team in Counties-Manukau. So the playing fees you pay to those clubs should be enough. The Intercity competition will last about 12 weeks and there is some travel involved. More games will be in Pukekohe than away.
